Workshops

In 2010 with gratitude to the Target Foundation, Dance Express is offering 8 adaptive modern dance workshops in the Fort Collins region.
    Workshops include basic dance exercises,combinations, and improvisation. Through facilitated choreography, students from 5 to 100 years old have shared our dance adventures and created unique dances.
    Dance Express workshops by and for persons with and without disabilities bring communities together and increase access to the expressive arts.
